Custodians, please click on Facilities Scheduler Login on the right and login using:
Username: report Password: report
From here, you can get your daily Facilities Set-Up report by clicking into that report. You can also acces the Facilities Calendar by clicking on it to the right or within the program on the Top tab called Faciliities Calendar.
Teresa, here is your personal page with links to all you will need to manage the facilities at Byron Public Schools.
This is not a page that others will need to go to. It is for you! All the building secretaries can just login to their School Web site and edit the calendar from there.
You can do all your work from the Facilities Scheduler, but we shared the links to the public view of the school calendars on the right in case you want to view them.
The Facilities Calendar link here can also be placed on the District Web site wherever you and Jen decide to put it.
Here is the set-up sequence I mentioned to you in training. We will remove this text after you tell us you don't need it anymore.
Facilities Scheduler “Set-Up” Tab
Many of these are one-time set-ups that you won’t need to edit much after the initial set-up. For any item with an asterisk, it is important to do these steps before adding Locations.
1) Account Codes* 2) General Settings * 3) Extra Charges* 4) Equipment Categories (found as one of the tabs under Equipment)* (optional only if you are doing equipment – equipment can also be entered into the Facilities Set-up notes area. 5) Equipment* 6) Location Types*
